Ultra Reef shall in no event be liable for damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, for injury to any property or to any person, by reason of the person's negligence or otherwise in connection with the safe, delivery, installation or use of the products and/or provision of services pursuant to this agreement, The customer shall indemnify Ultra Reef against any liability. Ultra Reef shall in no event be liable for lost profits arising out of, or in connection with, this agreement. Neither Ultra Reef nor customer shall be liable for delay in the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement arising out of causes beyond it control, including but not limited to, postal service, acts of God, governmental action, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantines, strikes, embargoes, or severe weather.

We do not warrant that this site, its servers or emails sent from Ultra Reef are free of viruses or other harmful components. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages

Modifications to the website

Ultra Reef reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any portion of the website with or without notice. You agree that Ultra Reef will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the New South Wales , excluding its conflict of law principles. If any part of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
