Q:  What is the minimum order?
A: Minimum order is $50 AUD.

Q:  Do you allow local pick up?
A:  Yes, we can meet at an agreed upon time and location.

Q: What are the freight options?
A:  We offer Airport to Airport, Platinum Express Post and local pick up.

Q: Do you offer DOA guarantee?
A: Yes on all Airport to Airport deliveries. A digital photo of the product must be provided within 3 hours of the freight's arrival time for DOA guarantee.

Q: Do you have a contact number?
A: Email is the fastest and easiest form of communication. However, in the case of complicated or difficult issues our business number will be provided for customer resolution.

Q: Are the items displayed in the coral and invertebrate sections the actual item we will receive?
A:  Yes, what you see is what you get. (WYSIWYG)

Q: Do you propagate your own corals?
A: Yes, all corals in the propagation section are produced by ultrareef.com.au and are accustomed to home aquarium conditions.
